Rose City Copwatch Installs 1,000 Posters of Killer Cops Scott Mccollister And Jason Sery. Press Conference April 12PORTLAND -- On Sunday, April 11, Rose City Copwatch distributed over 1,000 posters featuring photographs of killer cops Scott McCollister and Jason Sery. The organization is calling for the immediate firing of Jason Sery and his indictment for the murder of James Jahar Perez. Rose City Copwatch will discuss the posters and answer questions at a press conference tomorrow. Copies of the poster will be available then.
