Rose City Copwatch is a grassroots police accountability organization in Portland, Oregon. Our long-term goal is to eliminate or radically change police institutions. We work to reduce police violence, disrupt the ability of the police to enforce race and class lines, and envision community powered alternatives to police institutions.
